Thinking outside the little boxes
It must be just human nature — and therefore Realtor nature — to want to get the most for your money. Pack as many listings on each page as possible, right? That seems to be the norm, if you flip through any real estate magazine. No offense, Norm. I have been fortunate to work with Realtors who value standing out by doing something else.
Less is more
Technically, fewer is more, but that’s not as catchy. With flexible layouts that showcase fewer listings with larger photos and less copy, we created that “something else.” Property sellers like seeing their houses bigger, and so do potential buyers. And I like making layouts look pretty. So it’s a win-win-win!
